WARRANTY POLICY

HNL Design and Manufacturing, Ltd. warrants that its products will remain free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.

REPAIRS

Notify us before attempting to repair a warranted item. This allows us to evaluate the situation and either offer our expertise or authorize a repair. Repairs must be authorized by HNL Design and Manufacturing, Ltd. before being made.

CLAIMS PROCEDURES & CLAIM FORM

To ensure repairs are cost effective and completed to our standards, we have designed procedures to protect our customers and ourselves in the event of a defective product.

We will only process claims that are submitted on a HNL Design and Manufacturing, Ltd. Warranty Claim Form.
